Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the current LandTaxPilot position for one-off digital report purchases, saved report delivery, and Stripe-synchronised payment status handling.

Launch legal notice
These legal pages describe the current LandTaxPilot launch position and should be kept aligned with the live product, payment configuration, and support process.
1. Overview
LandTaxPilot is operated by J Trading Solution Pty Ltd (ABN 75 672 521 238). J Trading Solution Pty Ltd is GST registered.
Refund treatment may depend on the product type, the stage of delivery, the services already provided, configured payment workflows, and Australian Consumer Law.
2. Free calculator
The free calculator does not require payment.
3. Subscriptions
Where a subscription is offered, users may be able to manage or cancel it through the billing portal where available.
Cancellation generally affects future billing rather than reversing service already provided.
Partial refunds, where any, may be handled case-by-case or where required by law.
4. One-off reports
The $19 Cross-State Report and the $39 Portfolio Impact Report are paid one-off digital report products.
A refund may be available where no report work has started.
Once a report has been generated, delivered, or saved, refund availability may be limited unless required by law.
If a full Stripe refund is processed before a paid report is generated or saved, the related report access may be marked as refunded and no longer available for use.
If a full Stripe refund is processed after a report has already been generated, saved, or delivered, LandTaxPilot may record the payment as refunded while preserving access to the already delivered saved report, unless a different outcome is required by law.
Partial refunds may be recorded separately and may not automatically revoke otherwise active report access unless law requires that outcome.
Cross-State Report PDF delivery is available from saved report data. Portfolio Impact Report PDF delivery is also available from saved report data for supported saved reports.
5. Errors
If a material platform error prevents delivery of a purchased service, users should contact support@landtaxpilot.com.au for review.
A difference between a LandTaxPilot estimate and your final official State Revenue Authority assessment does not constitute a platform error and is not grounds for a refund. Estimates rely entirely on the accuracy of user inputs and the assumption that current published rules apply.
6. Change of mind
Change-of-mind refunds for delivered digital services may be limited, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. How to request a refund
Users can contact support@landtaxpilot.com.au with the account email, payment date, product purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant report reference if available.
Payment confirmation and receipt or invoice handling are provided through the configured Stripe payment and support process.
Refund status handling may also be synchronised from Stripe payment events to the related report access record.
Where a refund is approved and processed, the refund will include the corresponding Goods and Services Tax (GST) amount originally paid. An updated credit note or refund receipt will be automatically generated and sent via Stripe.
9. Processing time
Where a refund is approved, processing may take approximately 5 to 10 business days, subject to payment provider timing.
